The silent battle between Entrepreneurs and Salary Earners is one that has lingered on and continues to echo through time. A good number of entrepreneurs believe being your own boss is the best and salary earners believe the checks every month provide a sense of comfort and so the long list of comparison continues.
In reality, the fact remains that there is really no cause for combats as both are independent of each other.
Let’s get into the three truths:
1. WE NEED EACH OTHER
No man is an island. Entrepreneurs need workers to expand and grow, while salary earners work for entrepreneurs to raise income and pay their bills, regardless of who is better, Entrepreneurs and Salary earners need each other to strive.

2. BEING AN ENTREPRENEUR OR SALARY EARNER DOESN’T DETERMINE ONE’S SUCCESS IN LIFE
Success is relative and is not limited to a particular group of people. You can make as much wealth regardless of being either a salary earner or an entrepreneur; it depends on your choice and how determined you are to acquire wealth. Everyone’s path is different.
3. RISK IS COMMON TO BOTH
Risk is applicable to both entrepreneurs and salary earners. You could lose investors, deals, assets as an entrepreneur; especially when not backed up by insurance. Same instance for salary earners; you could lose your job at any time.
Always remember these truths to help you make an informed decision before treading any path.
